GAP4U Staffing are recruiting a Maintenance Electrician for a facilities management client.
This is a mobile role covering sites across Reading, Hertfordshire and Luton. Temp to Perm contract with immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
– Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems
– Reactive maintenance and fault finding across multiple sites
– Ensure all work meets current electrical regulations and H&S standards
– Complete job sheets and maintain accurate records
– Work closely with FM team to minimise downtime
What We’re Looking For:
– Qualified Electrician – 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
– Proven experience in FM, building maintenance or commercial environments
– Experience with PPM and reactive tasks
– Full UK Driving License – role is mobile
– CIS Registered preferred
– Own tools advantageous
What’s on Offer:
